Make sure that the repair facility offers a warranty on all repairs. Chapman Collision offers every customer our industry-best warranty that protects you for as long as you own your vehicle.
Choose a repair facility that has unibody repair equipment and trained technicians.
Choose a facility that has "Standard Operating Procedures" in place to ensure that you will receive excellent customer service.
Let us help guide you through the claims process and help you work with the insurance company. Chapman Collision has established positive business relations with virtually every insurance company, this allows for a faster, smoother repair process.
Ask the repair center to pre-arrange a rental vehicle. The average car is in the repair shop for approximately two weeks; ask if the shop can make recommendations for a rental company.
